How to see photos that are no longer online.


Where are my photos?

Looking for pictures from 2008 or earlier?  Our use of digital image technology allows us to keep every pictures from events covered by Fairfield Photography back to 2005.  We periodically remove events from the Internet to make room for new events.  If your event is no longer available online, don’t worry, we have your images stored offline. Contact us and we would be happy to find your pictures and restore them to a small, private website for you to order from.

How do I see my photos now?

If you would like to view images from a specific event or show, please fill in and submit the form below or you can call us at (614) 778-7673.  If your request won’t fit into the form below, feel free to e-mail us further details at info@fairfieldphoto.com.


Then what?

We will retrieve your photos and create a custom web ordering gallery where you can view and order photos.


I Never Received My Private Photo Gallery Information!

We strive to fulfill all archived photo requests within three days or less unless we are traveling for a long weekend to shoot an event.  We will always let you know if when we have created your private gallery or if we can’t find any of the photos you requested.  No request ever goes unacknowledged.  We have heard from some people that our e-mail with the private photo gallery links are being shuffled off into various e-mail spam filters, so if you haven’t heard from us in three days, please call or e-mail us with your phone number and we will make sure to contact you with your private gallery web link information.

Rider or Athlete Name

IHSA and IEA show photos are organized by rider (not horse) name

Horse Name (Equestrian only)

Show photos are organized by horse name where the promoter can provide us a number/name cross reference, otherwise the photos are organized by show competitor number. Submit the horses show name.  We will contact you if we don’t have the name/number cross reference.
Flat Class Name (Equestrian only)

We typically retrieve just individual ride/jump photos that can be found by horse or rider name.  Since we can’t see individual rider/horse numbers in Under Saddle / Horsemanship / Flat classes when there are more than one rider in the ring at the same time, we retrieve those photos a whole class at a time.  If you would like to see your Under Saddle / Horsemanship / Flat Class photos, tells us the names of those classes here.
